| All above data correct to the
start of the 1998 Formula One Season. Will be updated in the off season |
| Williams have been in F1 since the 1969 Argentine Grand Prix, and
has become one of the most dominant teams in F1, which is clearly show
by their 9 constructors championships. However they are having their worst
season for years in 1998 back in 4th place. This is thought to have been
caused by the new rule changes brought in for 1998 which the Williams team
haven't been able to successfully put into their in a way which makes it
competitive. However the last few races it has been clear they are getting
around the problems they have been having as they had their first podium
this year at Hockenhiem, Germany after a great drive from Jacques Villeneuve. |
